NOT IN CORTE MADERA

I was infuriated to hear that two pot clubs have "sprung up" in Corte
Madera.

Why are town officials "curious" over the fact that they were not sure
what permissions were required or procured?

And more importantly, why is the Town Council waiting to see how other
towns are handling this? Why can't our town leaders think for themselves?

As a mother of three teenagers, keeping my ears and eyes wide open
over the years, I have heard how ridiculously easy it is to get a
medical marijuana card. I understand how it may help some people with
serious diseases like cancer and arthritis, though not enough to
warrant another pot store.

Even if it is legal, is this what we want in Corte
Madera?

I am certain that the town has said no to other businesses it deems
unacceptable. How did these slip by?
