LIFE-RUINING VACATION IN JAIL Good thing Stephen Harper wants to jail non-violent first time drug offenders, with his excessively broad C-15 bill. An 18-year-old passing a joint to his 17-year-old girlfriend could be nailed for "trafficking" and get six months in jail. Not only will pot smokers have a life-ruining vacation in jail, the able-bodied young men we incarcerate will probably join gangs, for protection. Once out, they'll actually be the criminals they weren't when they went in. Mike Foster (It's just idiotic, but only public pressure changes things.) - --- MAP posted-by: Richard Lake
