Just like alcohol, marijuana can be used irresponsibly by teenagers and others. Making it illegal is not going to solve that problem. In fact legalization, regulation (of both the marijuana and the doctor) and education would be a lot more productive than continuing to incarcerate thousands of persons and a lot less costly.
