I'm not just talking about punk kids here. I know many "normal," fine, upstanding citizens who have mortgages and families and jobs who still enjoy having a puff here and there. I'd bet there are people Penner knows and deals with regularly who smoke but who would never admit it openly because of the ignorant attitude of some toward the plant. Prohibition does nothing but create a market for gangs and criminals to work in, and we know all too well in Vancouver the favours the gangs have done for us.
