Despite seizing mega-tons of cocaine and marijuana, heroin by the kilo and thousands of weapons, they are all renewable resources produced to feed an insatiable demand. Without adapting a demand reduction strategy on an international level, no quantity of troops and police will defeat the cartels. History has proven attempting a behavioural change by legislating a concept of morality has been futile. Ross Reynolds, Toronto - --- MAP posted-by: Richard Lake
