Crops like industrial hemp are cheap and easy to grow, and heal the soil as they grow, so they will help other crops. It isn't a cure, obviously, and we might not be able to grow quite enough right at first, but it could certainly offset some of the costs and help generate energy. We'd have some cheap, clean energy while also meeting our ever-greener international pollution-reduction commitments.
