Of course criminals have profiles. Horan's time and the taxpayers' money would be better spent if he spent time pulling marijuana plants in illegal grows in our national forests. How many residents know a portion of the hundreds of thousands of dollars confiscated daily goes to fund local law enforcement? Supervisors, take note: Maybe we should increase the patrols on I-5.
