ARGUMENT AGAINST MARIJUANA LEGALIZATION LACKS LOGIC

Dennis Riswold's July 21 letter "Marijuana: Keep drug illegal," really
points out the most obvious failure of logic.

No one is going to be stoned driving your kids to school -- any more
than they are drunk doing the same or similar things. Under the
influence is still under the influence. And legal age is still legal
age, whether it's nyquil, vodka, xanax or pot. Peroid.

Vodka is legal and it impairs your driving. Nyquil is legal. So is
Xanax with a Rx. A 16-year-old cannot purchase vodka and he won't be
able to legally purchase pot. So please, try a different argument
because that one is lame and not relevant.

It just shows prejudice and ignorance.
