FREE TO SMOKE POT

Legalizing marijuana is an issue of freedom. People who oppose the
legalization of marijuana believe in the simplistic argument that
marijuana is bad and therefore should be banned. But do we want the
government to regulate personal behaviours?

Canada should be a country that believes in freedom and personal
responsibility, not a nanny state where the government tells you how
to live your life based on what a politician thinks is best for you.

If we're going to ban marijuana because it's bad for us, then maybe
we should also ban cheeseburgers. After all, how many Canadians die
of heart attacks every year?

(We've heard that consuming pot can actually lead to consuming
cheeseburgers, so it's quite a quandary)
