CALIFORNIA: GOING TO POT OR TO SENSIBLE REGULATION?

The authors say, "Keeping drugs illegal reduces their availability
and lessens willingness to use them." I suppose that is why after 37
years, trillions of taxpayer dollars, and tens if not hundreds of
thousands of drug-related murders later, today's high-school kids are
a text message away from buying pot whenever they want, and a decent
chunk of our border with Mexico is ruled by drug gangs.
