Is Scrivner still a pot head? The article about Zack Scrivner's arrest
was interesting since it added more light to the crime ("Councilman
Scrivner reveals past drug arrest," Oct. 16). Not only was he
arrested, but he conspired with others to purchase a large amount of
marijuana. The one question I have failed to see asked of him is, "Are
you still a pot head?"
