INNOCENT SUFFER

A Mission bylaw states that a home using more than 93 kilowatts a
month grants the city a right to search people's homes without a
search warrant and charge them $5,200 for an inspection fee, even
when no grow-op is found.

So, while Mission is taking down innocent people and making people's
lives miserable, the drug dealers and growers are getting away.

What kind of dictatorship is growing where any official can come into
our homes without search warrants and probable cause for drugs and
fine people who are innocent?
