FOLLOW THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE ON MEDICAL POT

The outburst and upset began with the traveling clinic which Jason
Christ brought into Montana. This clinic, especially combined with
Christ's radical behavior greatly offended the safe kid/communities
group.

Christ represents himself and his own opportunistic greed. His actions
upset both groups: the opponents and proponents of medical marijuana.
The proponents and the opponents of medical cannabis have one common
ground of agreement, and that is: The operation of traveling medical
clinics and online clinics must be stopped, now.

The legislators should pass a bill that would stop traveling and
online clinics, and make them illegal. Addressing the immediate crisis
of traveling and online clinics will give Montana a cooling off period.

The cities and counties have already addressed the problem of the
perception of too many caregiver stores popping up in communities.
Moratoriums are already set up in almost every major town and county
in the state. Since it was the majority of the Montana voters who
voted in favor of medical cannabis as a valid form of treatment, then
it is the voters again, by our Constitution, who should be given the
right to vote again on a revised initiative or repeal.

We need to trust the intelligence of the people. We need to value the
freedom of personal choice in this case, the choice of the majority.
