Littlewolf Spencer LAW ASSUMES GROWING MARIJUANA IS EASY I wish the best of luck to people who have a bona fide need for medical marijuana. In the next few weeks, you will all mostly likely turn to scrupulous sources for your legitimate need. The 2011 Montana Legislature passed many benevolent laws, including one that repeals the 2004 Medical Marijuana Act. In this law, the language is intelligently dubious and is a nice way of getting rid of medical marijuana altogether. The technical aspects of growing marijuana (yes, there are many) are great; despite the testimony given by advocates, the Legislature, with the zeal of Harry J. Anslinger, hammered out a law with language so restrictive, scrupulous sources remain the only viable option for many of you. Morals and hall monitor mentalities aside, marijuana cultivation is a specialty that requires professional skills and attention. Ironically, the law assumes that medical marijuana patients, many who are incapacitated due to illness, already have these skills and are able to use them come July 1. After all, growing weed is easy, right? Dakota G. Littlewolf Spencer Bozeman - --- MAP posted-by: Matt
