Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said the victim connected with three individuals over the internet about buying some marijuana. The man told authorities he has a medical marijuana card that allows him to buy marijuana for health purposes. During the transaction several shots were fired with one striking the Richmond man in the arm and the bullet traveled into his chest, Wickersham said. Deputies are looking for three black men in a mid-size SUV, possibly a Land Rover or Ford Explorer. "The victim is in stable condition at an area hospital," Wickersham said.
