CANNABIS FREEDOM

Our Founding Fathers fought to enable us all to be free from a
repressive government. In the Constitution, they made an article that
stated that any power that wasn't delegated to the federal government
would stay with the states. What business is it of our federal
government to tell us Californians that, although it is OK to kill
ourselves with tobacco and alcohol, we can't use a mostly benign herb
to help those with disabling disease or just to unwind at the end of
the day without destroying our livers or beating our spouses.

If there is any question over whether to make something legal or
illegal, I vote for erring on the side of freedom to make our own decisions.
