CANNABIS PROHIBITION WORST POLICY IN HISTORY

I don't think the majority cares for what the federal government says
about cannabis ("The White House position," Dialog, Nov. 6).

There is not a single location in North America where cannabis
prohibitionist methods of reducing drug use are working. It's time to
trade lies, half-truths and propaganda for the truth and nothing but
that truth. It's time to stop government subsidized discrimination
against people who choose to use the God-given plant. That will
require completely re-legalizing and regulating the plant.

The federal government has harmed this country long enough with one of
the worst policy failures in history. Enough is enough.
