CANADIAN CULTURE?

Letter writer Victoria Farahbakh-chian asserts "that only 44 per cent 
of Canadians have tried pot at least once . . . which makes it hard to 
believe that marijuana is part of Canadian culture."

If she believes almost half of Canadians are not "part of Canadian 
culture" (and therefore belong in prison) what about the Conservative 
Party, which received only 39 per cent of the votes?
