Sullivan is now in the hands of the Colorado Attorney General. At the request of Carol Chambers, Gov. John Hickenlooper signed an executive order appointing the Attorney General as a special prosecutor, according to a press release from her office. Sullivan, 68, is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, distribution of methamphetamine, attempting to influence a public servant and misdemeanor solicitation of a prostitute in a sting set up by police Nov. 29.
