"Mary Jane" itself should be legalized and taxed, and it would eliminate untold wastes of court time in this country along with bringing in billions in badly needed revenue to all levels of government. Pro or con, marijuana is no different than alcohol, cigarettes or any other habit-forming vice. It is clear that the "war on drugs" has been a total failure, with the cost probably unknown (trillions anyone?) and has done nothing to stop the flow of drugs across our borders. - - Dave Walker, Dartmouth - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
