LIFE CHANGED BY MEDICAL MARIJUANA

Since fracturing my skull 28 years ago, life has been difficult.
Doctors have tried to keep me sedated as much as possible.

Years ago, while taking my eight pills a day, I thought to myself, 'I
don't want to do this the rest of my life.'

While researching anti-depressants, I found that most, if not all,
had many terrible side effects.

There have been tens of thousands of complaints and 1,600 suicides
attributed to one of perhaps the most popular anti-depressant drug.

I started looking for an alternative.

I applied for and received a licence for medicinal marijuana. Over
the next 15 months, I quit tobacco and I no longer take any
pharmaceutical drugs.

I have not felt better in 30 years. I'm no longer a walking chemical specimen.

I find it very disturbing that the benefits of this plant have been
kept from the public for so long.

This drug has been around forever and not one death has been
attributed to its use. On the contrary, the more you take, the faster
it kills cancer or brings diabetes under control.

The politicians work for the people, so why don't they listen to the
63 per cent who say enough is enough?
