REVENUE VS. IMPACT OF POT SMOKING

So, recreational pot is legal in Washington state. No one is talking 
about the impact on children and others who live (and breathe) around 
those who will enjoy this recreational activity. I guess this will 
bring teenagers together with their parents as everyone gathers on 
the couch while mom and dad light up. Oh well, at least we will get a 
few tax dollars.
