Harback STOP FIGHTING THE WILL OF PEOPLE ON MEDICAL MARIJUANA State Attorney General Bill Schuette is again fighting the will of the people. He has somehow convinced the state Supreme Court to rule against patients and caregivers. Schuette was elected by the same taxpayers and voters who passed the Medical Marijuana Law. The Supreme Court missed the boat. They had a chance to fix what the voters failed to address in the law. We, as a state, do not offer a legal resource for caregivers to get seeds or small marijuana plants. They are required in order to cultivate marijuana. The state needs to come up with a licensed retail program. There is no other way to legally acquire marijuana products in this state. Patients count on caregivers to provide for them. It is their only resource. Reality is crops fail. This leaves the patient with no legal resource to get their medicine. Now patients must break the law to follow the law. Schuette should stop fighting the will of the people. Give patients and caregivers a legal way to access medical marijuana products. Douglas L. Harback Blanchard - --- MAP posted-by: Matt
