ADDRESS MARIJUANA SALES, TOO

The bigger question is, what about marijuana use or possession merits 
any punishment at all while federal and state governments regulate 
and tax the possession or use of alcohol and tobacco? Emerson derided 
a foolish consistency as the "hobgoblin of little minds." What would 
he have to say about this foolish inconsistency?
