DRINKING IS MORE HARMFUL

Dr. Peter Nieman left out a couple of facts. Marijuana has always had
differing levels of THC. Anyone who smoked Colombian gold over Mexican
brick weed will tell you that.

Nieman also forgot to mention that the body has endocannabinoid
receptors built in. If it is so harmful, why does our body have
receptors built for it? Why is it not toxic to humans? No doubt it can
affect some people, younger ones especially.

Now, 60 per cent of children in treatment are there for cannabis.
Though, when given the option from courts because they were caught
with a minuscule amount, of choosing jail or treatment, really, what
would you choose, Dr. Nieman?

I'd rather my kid go to treatment than jail. The police also get to
inflate statistics then, which is a further war cry to keep the
almighty tax dollars coming.

Sorry, Dr. Nieman, but marijuana is no more harmful than teens binge
drinking every week. That kills far more people each year than marijuana.
