I have been smoking pot off and on for 40 years and it never once 
made me so stupid as to shoot heroin. It is not pot that makes one 
stupid. The 1961 UN Narcotics agreement that Canada so wrongly 
committed to categorically puts heroin, cocaine and marijuana in the 
same sentence. That is stupid. I believe Rosie has just done the same thing.
