THERE IS NO GOOD ARGUMENT FOR POT BAN

Regarding the Dec. 15 opinion piece by Kingsley Guy, entitled "End 
The Charade And Legalize Marijuana:" Historically, cannabis 
(marijuana) prohibition is based on lies, half-truths and propaganda 
and government helps expose that fact by labeling the plant a 
Schedule I substance, alongside heroin, while meth and cocaine are 
only Schedule II substances.

One of the innocent bystanders of cannabis prohibition is hemp. 
However, now that cannabis has been re-legalized in Colorado, free 
American farmers can grow hemp just like communist Chinese farmers.

A sane argument to continue cannabis prohibition doesn't exist.
