TIME CANADA LEGALIZED POT

Regarding Pot law reform may be in the pipe (Dec. 18).

I don't want a ticket. I want marijuana to be legalized.

The Tories' announcement that they're thinking of ticketing for 
possession of small amounts of pot is their attempt to counter the 
Liberal's plan to legalize pot. To issue tickets for possession 
doesn't address the issue of illicit production, which is the biggest 
harm we face.
