LEGALIZED MARIJUANA IS NOT GOOD FOR NJ

I vehemently object to The Star-Ledger publishing an essay
("Legalizing pot would be good for the Garden State, Feb. 10") by an
executive of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana
Laws, a lobby group, telling me what's good for my state.

As a retired forensic scientist, I dispute her allegations that
marijuana is not a gateway drug and I challenge Sabrina Fendrick to
quantitate the physiological, biological and emotional damage caused
by cannabis.

We don't need another damaging drug on the market.
