HOOKED ON CASH

Editor: The recent legalization of marijuana encourages a plethora of 
ideas on decriminalization.

Why not set up little shops to sell codeine, morphine, Demerol? I'm 
sure sales would shoot up over the present pharmacy prescription nonsense.

In fact, decriminalizing murder at say $10,000 each would probably 
eliminate local taxes in places like Washington, D.C. While we're at 
it, eliminate all this morality blabber and recognize that money on 
the state, federal or individual level is all that really matters.
