In it, the author exposes how, to the dismay of the international community, Canada has joined the ranks of Russia and China by distancing itself from our heretofore much-vaunted harm reduction policies. This is a yet another indisputable example of how our government will adopt policies to fit an ideological framework that completely disregards scientific evidence. And this time, it is costing lives. Please wake me up from this nightmare. Christine Charette, Ottawa - --- MAP posted-by: Matt
