The amendments are on the agenda for council's regular meeting at 7 p.m. at City Hall. Also up for action is a resolution to name a new East Side branch of the Pueblo City-County Library District after Patrick A. Lucero, an East High School graduate and Army soldier who was killed in Vietnam in 1968. Lucero's name was recommended to a library district committee that is making the recommendation.
