Granted its not going to solve all of our financial problems but it certainly will make a dent in it - the millions of dollars it would make, not to mention save on enforcement/incarceration/prosecution costs. Even if they did have to train police because of it (which I think is a farce) the incoming monies would outweigh any going out. People don't understand how huge this market is and whether Ballot Measure 2 passes or not, the market is here to stay and will only grow.
