THERE IS MUCH TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPROVING LEGALIZATION OF MARIJUANA

Measure 91 takes a black-and-white approach to the use and
legalization of marijuana:

Plant based medicines can be prescribed and administered for
legitimate use without so called "medical dispensaries." These stores
and owners are practicing medicine without a license. Proclaiming to
help people with schizophrenia and a host of medical problems with no
knowledge or regard for what other medicines the person might be
taking. They are a front for people who want to get high. Tobacco
companies are waiting in the wings for the complete legalization of
marijuana. Then how accessible will it be?

The medicinal properties of marijuana do not need to be delivered in
hookas, vapes (vapor inhalers) or food items.

We do not have any proven way to determine if drivers, pilots,
teachers or anyone else is under the influence of marijuana.

In Colorado medical marijuana cards were given out for any reason.
The holders of these cards can easily buy marijuana for others.

The "black market" will still thrive as legal marijuana is expensive
and not available to underage people.

Common sense: Easy access means more users.
