Forty-two percent of the people were hoodwinked by Sheriff Grady Judd and his cohorts into believing that it is best to leave medical marijuana in the hands of the ruthless drug cartels. The failure of Amendment 2 will not keep those who really need the drug from getting it. It will just make them criminals who have to continue dealing with unsavory characters.
