MARIJUANA AMENDMENT SHOULD HAVE PASSED

I want to say that I am ashamed of myself for not campaigning more to 
help pass the compassionate medical marijuana law.

I honestly thought it was an easy win.

Just the common sense logic of it made it a "no brainer" for me. We 
currently can be and are prescribed hardcore narcotics legally, so 
why so much concern over making it legal to be prescribed a much less 
harmful drug to alleviate the pain, reduce some seizures or help with 
spasticity? I honestly don't understand the logic.

Being diagnosed at age 50 with multiple sclerosis and dealing with 
all the symptoms, I was looking forward to seeing if I could "come 
off" some of the "harder" drugs and trying the oil that has been 
proven to work over and over again and used in many other countries 
and states. My whole life I have never taken the easy way out. I have 
always tried to work hard and many times taken the road less 
traveled. I am ashamed that I didn't do that this time!

It won't happen again!
