You see the two parties make all the rules and many of those rules are created to deny independents and third parties fair access to the general election in November. Last year as my readers know the Demo-Pukicans (as I call them) combined to deny me access to the US Congressional ballot in the 3rd district. This year as I gathered signatures to run for state assembly here in the 15th I read the fine election print and discovered the Demo-Pukicans made it so you must reside in the state district for one year, it's not the same in federal elections. Technically I've been homeless for two years since returning from California, staying with my mom in Sicklerville, but homeless. Recently I moved to Trenton. For that reason I knew the Repuk-Acrats would fight to have me removed again from the ballot via a "residency rule" so I didn't turn them in. I'll just be a WRITE-IN candidate this year. I'm not asking them for ballot access, I'm asking THE PEOPLE of Trenton to put me there via write in. FORCHION for State Assembly in the 15th? Gag on that Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno. Of course, I don't expect to win, again it's just my way of giving the finger to the Demo-Pukicans as I Pass the Joint. June is here and we are now 20 weeks into 2015 and the state of New Jersey is approaching 10,000 cannabis possession arrests. Which is disgusting considering that in three states it's legal and no-one is getting arrested for the same plant and the 2C:35 laws the state of New Jersey uses to justify these arrests are based on a flatout lie that marijuana has no medical value and is thus illegal schedule 1 substance. WTG - The NJ demo-pukicans are knowingly continuing to ruin people based on the Reefer Madness Lies endorsed by both parties in its bi-partisan war on drugs, which the cannabis prohibition is the backbone of and they deny medication to those that need it with restrictive policies. Ironically, on Tuesday just south of here the Delaware House of Representatives approved a bill 2414 that would remove criminal penalties and potential jail time for possession of a small amount of cannabis and replace them with a civil fine similar to a traffic ticket. The bill, which was amended on the floor to apply only to adults, will now be sent to the Delaware state Senate. Philadelphia decriminalized it last year, but we have Gov. Christie who vowed not to end the suffering, ruination and persecution of New Jersey citizens for this God grown plant. (Blood money my butt) The Demo-Pukicans in the N.J. State Assembly cower at his threats to veto and abstain from changing the law and legalizing it. G.R.I.P Get Rid of all Incumbent Politicians was a political movement started by 101.5's radio host Jim Gearheart that needs to be revived. I wish I had a magic wand or Genie in a bottle to grant me three wishes. I swear I'd use one of my wishes to have the entire state assembly bound and gagged with hemp twine and forced to watch #Tuffysfight videos. Tuffy is Tatyana Rivera an 8-yeargirl from Camden County who suffered from hundreds of seizures a day. Until her parents Ricardo and Jennifer Riviera said, "f--- the law" and gave her what she needed medical marijuana. After Ricardo's much publicized confrontation with Christie at a Haddon Heights town hall meeting where he was thrown out, she is a NJ medical marijuana patient, one of 20 minors in the MMJ program. Ironically she is one of two children in the LARC School in Bellmawr being denied her legal medicine during school hours. Tuffy as her parents affectionately call her for her toughness' is the one that doesn't get media attention. The other cannakid: Genny Barbour also suffers from seizures. Both of these medical cannabis children when home are administered medical marijuana and don't suffer as many seizures but during school hours the school refuses to allow them to be medicated with LEGAL medical marijuana. Tuffy has most of her seizures now at school. The dozens of other legal medications provided by the pharmaceutical companies have no such "reefer madness" obstacles they are readily administered by the school nurse when needed but both of these cannakids are denied medical marijuana on the school grounds. Ricardo and I have become friends and I've had the opportunity to watch her progress from last year when she had no cannabis, to now. You can see her in this video: https://www.facebook. com/100006759636828/videos/1661387650763207/ Her quality of life has greatly improved, she participates in her surrounding so much more now and smiles and plays. What is wrong with the administration at LARC, and the NJ State Assembly that allows this and the arrest of 22,000 New Jerseyans. The LARC school refuses to allow it, arguing cannabis possession is a federal crime, and having cannabis oil on school grounds would violate the drug-free school act. The school is full of legal drugs, which in New Jersey includes cannabis, but a administrative law judge sided with the school in January. Since April, Genny Barbour has attended only half days, according to her parents, Lora and Roger Barbour, she comes home to have the midday dose of cannabis oil as her physician recommended missing the rest of the day. "The Barbours have appealed the Administrative Law judge's ruling, and say if they lose, they intend to take the case to federal court" according to news reports. As many of The Trentonian readers saw in the May 26 edition of the Trentonian "NJ Weedman opens restaurant, sanctuary across the street from Trenton City Hall" I've relocated to Trenton and opened a business called NJWeedmans Joint. Humorously, I keep being asked if I'll be selling weed from here? NO, NO, NO I repeatedly have been telling everyone, I'll be selling good food, not good budz. - --- MAP posted-by: Jay Bergstrom
