Re: "Obama cuts sentences for 46 drug offenders," July 14 news story.

HOW HAS HICK ADDRESSED POT?

If President Obama can commute the sentences of 46 non-violent drug
offenders, then why can't Gov. John Hickenlooper pardon all
non-violent drug (marijuana) felons?

Sens. Cory Gardner and Michael Bennet have co-sponsored a bill in
Congress that would allow marijuana dispensaries to legally do
business with financial institutions in the state.

What has Hickenlooper done to address the issues associated with the
legalization of recreational marijuana? What about a special session
to review sentencing laws as a starter?
