CARTOON DOESN'T HELP	

Re Editorial cartoon, Oct. 28

I usually find cartoons by Theo Moudakis quite humorous - until
yesterday. His "Halloween at Rideau Cottage" suggestion that Justin
Trudeau had just given two minors some bags of marijuana certainly
doesn't help with the long overdue decriminalization of a substance
that can reap great medical benefits to worthy adults.
