TRIAL SET IN POT CASE

A Yuba County Superior Court jury trial has been scheduled next 
spring in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Yuba 
County's marijuana cultivation ordinance.

Judge Benjamin Wirtschafter scheduled the trial for March 15 during a 
Monday case management conference on the action filed by Yuba 
Patients Coalition and six individuals.
