LEGALIZING WEED ADDS TO PROBLEM

Dear Editor: The "Drunken Shame" editorial in Thursday's Herald is sad 
and all too often a reoccurring story, exacerbated by an ineffectual and 
liberal justice system. What do we do about it? We legalize marijuana to 
add to the insanity. Makes perfect sense to me!
