MARIJUANA PROHIBITION HAS FAILED

The marijuana plant isn't nearly as dangerous (or exciting) as the
nonprofit Smart Approaches to Marijuana would have us believe. Illegal
or not, marijuana is mainstream. This is after decades of zero
tolerance and forbidden-fruit appeal. The war on marijuana consumers
is a failed cultural inquisition, not an evidence-based public-health
campaign. Marijuana prohibition is an abject failure. No further
studies are needed.
