As much as I can sympathize with an addiction, I have to express some
concern about people who are using illegal substances having any rights.

Does a thief have the right to carry a gun, does an alcoholic have the
right to drive his car?

Just wondering where people's rights come in when there's illegal activity
- - and please don't give the Supreme Court any more ideas to let the
Charter of Rights be expanded.
