WHY NO CHARGES

Law enforcement? What happened to it? Why weren't people arrested and
charged during the "pop-up" drug fest.

I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that a lot of laws - and not just
bylaws - were broken.

I'm no fan of this site. I fail to see how perpetuating a person's
chosen addiction is helping them. Why aren't there "safe smoking"
sites for people addicted to nicotine? At least tobacco is legal (A
subtle difference I suppose).
