The loss to Southern California Edison is believed to be in the thousands of dollars, the statement said. Here's what deputies found at the four locations: 1,138 marijuana plants and utility theft. Suspects' identification is pending. 1,922 marijuana plants and utility theft. The suspect has been identified but not arrested.
