I wonder if any elected official has noticed ads warning against drinking and driving have not eliminated drunk driving. The new ads won't work either. The way to curb drug-impaired driving is to not make cannabis legal for recreational purposes. Cannabis should only be marketed for seriously ill people on a doctor's prescription.
