Owen looks like a clown

Doesn't Brad Owen know the drug war is lost?

When he goes to Washington, D.C., to lobby for monies, he's doing his
job. But restoring funds for the Washington state National Guard's
anti-drug program makes him look like a clown. Tell him to go back
and lobby for monies that will do somebody some good.

Also, he should get a hairdo that doesn't make him look like a
"made-for-TV" extra.
