You seem to have your knickers in a knot because some people
have the nerve to actually invoke the Charter instead of
meekly shuffling of to prison like good little obedient
citizens are supposed to do (July 27).

Then why on earth have a Charter of Rights and Freedoms?
Contrary to your surprisingly ignorant assertions, people do
indeed have (or should have) the right, the freedom, to
collect guns, shoot (inanimate) things and inject whatever
they like into their veins. If the Charter cannot protect
those freedoms, then we should, we must, tear it up and
start over.

You, on the other hand, seem to want to quicken Canada's
transformation into a police state by simply tearing it up.
