Medical conditions for which marijuana would be prescribed include cancer, glaucoma, HIV, epilepsy or multiple sclerosis, the initiative filed Friday says. Any person with a medical condition or undergoing treatment for a conditions that produces wasting, severe pain, severe nausea or seizures would also be eligible. Martin Chilcutt, 63, a former psychotherapist, and Dr. Marshall Stiles III, a retired psychiatrist, filed the ballot initiative.
