CLEAN NEEDLES SENSIBLE

The decision not to give Milwaukee County funds for a needle exchange 
program flies in the face of sound public health principles and common logic.

If any of the supervisors who voted against the exchange program were 
suffering from a moral dilemma of vast dimension, they could rid themselves 
of it by asking the question: If my spouse, son or daughter were addicted 
to intravenous drugs, would I want them to use clean needles? End of story.
